I've restored the article and listed it as a possible copyright problem. Please have someone with an email address @ortonceramic.com contact permissions@wikimedia.org (permissions at wikimedia dot org) to confirm that we have permission to release this under the GFDL. Thanks. Stifle 17:25, 28 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Copyright status

(moved from User talk:Samw: Hi. Was permission for this resolved? I can't find any evidence of it, just that the original contributor (User:Stuph) removed the copyvio notice and replaced the text in question. I'm relisting it as a copyvio in the meantime. Mark83 14:14, 16 April 2006 (UTC)

Not that I'm aware of. Thanks for relisting. Samw 00:25, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
I have emailed twice and posted that I represent the copyright holder. it is not copyvio. Stuph 00:55, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
Appreciate your patience but copyright processing is apparently a backlogged item at Wikipedia. You can always offer an original rewrite at the subpage and that should be processed much more quickly. I believe I also offered to receive the copyright release in the absence of the one of the admins receiving and processing it. Samw 03:53, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
why rewrite when I wrote the original content? I represent the copyright holder. please clarify what must be done to avoid the reposting of the copyvio message. Stuph 18:01, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
I only suggested a rewrite to avoid waiting for an admin to validate that you're the copyright holder. Samw 00:54, 18 April 2006 (UTC)
well, i won't be rewriting it. what else do i need to do? I've sent two emails. its silly to block this article. Stuph 12:24, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
