[edit] name of Church and Article

the 'official site' pointed to by the link is called Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America. I wonder if this actual title shouldn't be the title of this article, which currently seems to be more like a subheading of an article called 'Dioceses of the OCA' rather than a freestanding article about a Church.
