[edit] Summary

Orson is cleaning out old books and finds a book called How to Start Your Own Restaurant. He and Wade decide to open their own diner as a way to make some extra cash. They set up, and Roy becomes their first customer. Orson says they have no menu, promising they have a fully stocked kitchen. He also makes the claim that "If you can order something we can't fix, you get free food for a month!" Roy comes up with some wild orders and each one is filled, until he orders something they can't make, an "elephant foot sandwich with mustard". They race around trying to find elephant and almost have no luck when Binky's circus truck breaks down and unknowingly the elephant inside escapes. Orson and Wade bring the elephant back and tell Roy they couldn't complete his order. He asks if it's because they didn't have any elephant and Orson responds, "Oh, we have plenty of elephant! We just ran out of mustard!"

[edit] Quotes

  • Orson (Reading off book titles): Deja Vu: The Sensation That You Are Doing Something You Have Done Before (Becomes a running gag for the first part of the episode)
  • Roy: I want an alligator cheese sandwich made with cheese from an alligator named Cynthia. I want it with lettuce grown in Northern Bolivia, and picked on Memorial Day. I want it served on rye bread with exactly 71 caraway seeds per slice AND I want a pickle in the shape of Muncie, Indiana! Hee hee!

Orson: Very good. One number 8!
Wade: One number 8!
