Orphx is the electronic music project of Canadian Richard Oddie. Formed in 1994, Orphx's live shows often include the on-stage help of Christina Sealey (Oddie's wife). Hailing from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Orphx is very active in the international industrial and experimental music scenes. They have performed extensively in North America and throughout Europe and have released approximately fifteen releases on CD, vinyl and cassette through on various independent music labels including Hands Productions, Hymen Records and Malignant Records.
Before their current distribution labels, the music of Orphx was distributed through Richard Oddie's cassette label, Xcreteria. Xcreteria eventually became Third Force.

- Initially called Oriphix, the name of the group was changed shortly after their first cassette release to Orphx.
- Richard Oddie's father was Canadian blues harmonica player King Biscuit Boy.
