Orpheus Roye (born January 21, 1973 in Miami, Florida) is an American football defensive lineman who is currently a free agent. He was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the sixth round of the 1996 NFL Draft. He played college football at Florida State.

He first attended Jones Community College, where he was named JC All-America, registering 76 tackles and 12 sacks. He then transferred to Florida State University.

He underwent arthroscopic surgery on 8/2/07. This is the same knee that caused his 2006 season to end early. [1]
