How old is the obelisk here? The article should describe it more. It could/should be listed in the wikipedia article on obelisks. doncram (talk) 22:13, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

According to the State Historic Site official website, it was dedicated in 1884. I added that fact to the article, and added the monument to the list of obelisks in the Obelisk article. Lvklock (talk) 22:41, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
