The Organization of Communist Internationalists of Greece-Spartacus (Greek: Οργάνωση Κομμουνιστών Διεθνιστών Ελλάδας - Σπάρτακος (ΟΚΔΕ-Σπάρτακος)is a Trotskyist group in Greece. It is a section of the Reunified Fourth International.
