Organic statute

Organic statute is a calque from the French "Règlement Organique"; literally "regulations for an organ", with "organ" meaning an organization or governmental body. The term is traditionally used for statutes of various organizations for organic laws (substitutes of constitutions) in various countries, especially dependent ones.
