Organic monitors
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Organic monitors are LCD monitors with organic materials (polymers, paints, etc.) which are used to absorb excess ultraviolet and other radiation. The crystal that is used to make these monitors also contains organic compounds that help in absorbing radiation which may be damaging to the eyes. Organic monitors are increasingly popular due to increasing awareness of potential health risks in computing equipment.
