Organic farming by country

As of 2007 organic farmland is distributed across the globe, but the markets for sale are strongest in North American and Europe, which as of 2001 are estimated to have $6 and $8 billion respectively of the $20 billion market (Lotter 2003:6). This means that there is substantial trade occurring.
