[edit] unreliable and biased source used

The suposed Slavic name is actually identical with the Greek. The source that was used is a highly biased and nationalist source. (Simovski) In Lithoksou list http://www.freewebs.com/onoma/met.htm the Slavic name doesn’t appear at all. Unless a credible source appears I will deleted the source and the name. • The fact that the Slavic name was also the Turkish one is no reason to delete. Your selective deletions are disruptive and indicative of a POV-push. Since most of these articles about villages and towns in Greece have NO SOURCES WHATSOEVER, the fact that the only thing you delete is the prior names is proof positive of a POV push rather than a betterment of the encyclopedia. You call the sourcing biased and unreliable: do you have a source contradicting Simovski, e.g., showing that the Slavs DID NOT use the Turkish name for this place? You regard Lithoksou as a reliable source, so any reversions contrary to that source would appear to be vandalism. In any event, Lithoksou is one source but not the only on the matters here.
