Talk:Oregon Caves Chateau

[edit] Name of article
Hiya, I moved the article based on Google hits (1,430 for OCC vs. 274 for CAOC), and the listings at the NRHP and NPS, but I'm not attached. I'm curious in what way the designation "Oregon Caves Chateau" is incorrect. Wikipedia naming conventions are flexible, but I'm thinking a person would be more likely to search for Oregon Caves Chateau vs. The Chateau at Oregon Caves per Wikipedia:Naming conventions, specifically:
Generally, article naming should prefer to what the majority of English speakers would most easily recognize, with a reasonable minimum of ambiguity, while at the same time making linking to those articles easy and second nature. This is justified by the following principle: Names of Wikipedia articles should be optimized for readers over editors; and for a general audience over specialists.
Thoughts? P.S. Thanks for creating the article! Katr67 23:02, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] CCC vs. WPA
I forgot that CCC mostly deals with landscapes and shelters, not buildings...so was the WPA involved with the Chateau at all? There's a lot of overlap. Katr67 23:04, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
