Oreshak (Bulgarian: Орешак) is a village located in the Varna Province, north-eastern Bulgaria. It is situated at about 11 kilometres to the north from Varna and at about 10 km from the Black sea. Most of the inhabitants are either local people, who lived there long time, or people from Varna, that get tired of city noises and bustle, and leave there constantly. There are some foreigners, that choose Oreshak for vacation place. Most of the streets are covered with asphalt, but there are some that covered only with road-metal.
[edit] Transport
Buses run from Varna to Oreshak in every 1-2 hours. All of them have a stop in village Kichevo and some of them continue after Oreshak their route to the village of Osenovo. Many villagers have their own cars, so buses are never full.
[edit] Climate
Although the village is quite close to Varna, the climate is very different. When in Varna it is raining, in Oreshak it might be snow. Summer is milder than in Varna, and winter is snowy.
