Williams has one brother, the actor Zachary Isaiah Williams. Williams has modelled for Mercedes Benz, Bugle Boy, and P. Diddy's successful clothing line, Sean John Boys. Williams has also appeared in many national commercials, such as McDonalds, Dunkin' Donuts, Kinkos, and Adidas. Williams grew up in Los Angeles, California.
