[edit] Route description

OR 74 begins at an intersection with US 730 approximately two miles west Cold Springs. It heads southeast to Hermiston, where it crosses U.S. Route 395, and then turns south and gradually curves to a southwesterly route over about ten miles, during which it crosses Interstate 84. It continues southwest past a turnoff to Echo through Sand Hollow to Lexington. At Lexington, OR 207 overlaps OR 74 and turns southeast to Heppner. The concurrency with OR 74 ends at Heppner, and OR 207 overlaps OR 206, heading southwest to Ruggs. The concurrency with OR 206 ends at Ruggs, and OR 207 continues southward to an intersection with OR 19 near Spray. The route then overlaps OR 19 and heads west through Spray to Service Creek. At Service Creek, the concurrency with OR 19 ends and OR 207 continues south to Mitchell, where it ends at an intersection with US 26.

OR 207 is comprised of the following named highways (see Oregon highways and routes):

  • The Hermiston Highway No. 333;
  • Part of the Lexington-Echo Highway No. 320;
