Ore Mountains

The Ore Mountains is the translation of the local name for several mountain ranges where ore is mined. They include:
- Ore Mountains (Central Europe) (German: Erzgebirge, Czech: Krušné hory) refers to the mountains in Saxony, Germany and in the Czech Republic.
- Slovak Ore Mountains (Slovak: Rudohorie), in western Slovakia.
- Transylvanian Ore Mountains (Romanian: Munţii Metaliferi) in Romania and Hungary, comprised of several smaller mountain/hill groups:
- Detunata
- Bihor Mountains
- Aranyos
- Meszes
- Kraszna
