Can anyone translate the inscription on the back of the Badge? (See image, left--you'll have to click on the image to enlarge it) Also, what do the initials S. A. P. R. stand for? They are obviously not Cyrillic--perhaps a Latin phrase?

If I remember correctly, "SAPR" stood for the Latin equivalent of "Saint Andrew, Protector [or, Patron] of Russia".Firstorm (talk) 18:34, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
