Orco Property Group S.A. is a real estate development company based in Luxembourg. It operates mainly in Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Croatia, Germany and Slovakia.
Company was founded in Czech Republic in 1991. In 1999 started its expansion to other countries by investing in Budapest. Since 2000 company is listed on Euronext. In 2003 purchased Czech leading property grop IPB Real.[2]
Major shareholders are Orco Holding S.A. (11.15%), Bernard Gauthier (4.33%) and Jardenne Corporation S.a.r.l. (4.22%); 80.3% of shares is on free float.[1]
