I moved the article you created at john foo to John Foo, because names in biographical articles should be capitalized as all proper nouns should. There is now a redirect from john foo. I also put up a tag requesting expansion of the article, since as it now stands it's a pretty good candidate for deletion. Since you created the article, I'm guessing you're interested in the guy. What you should do is dig up some more sources and try to fill out the article itself, to avoid its removal.
