There's no Copyright violation. The images were taken by me and I was given pemission to use the text by David Behrens. Here's the text of Dave's e-mail:

I'm not sure what else Dave could have said to make his text be available to publish at Wikipedia.I sent his message to permissions at wikimedia dot org two days and one day ago again. I sent one more e-mail to permissions at wikimedia dot org today again. I still have not got the response from permissions at wikimedia dot org. I've done what I could, but I guess nobody is interested to have this article. Fine with me. Please do with it whatever you wish. Thanks.--Mbz1 (talk) 23:33, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
