Oracle Technology Network

Oracle Technology Network (OTN) is Oracle's official, interactive online/offline community for Oracle technical professionals. It professes to be the world's largest online community of developers, DBAs, and architects using Oracle products and industry-standard technologies (such as Java, Linux, PHP). Registration is free.
Content and services available on the OTN Website includes:
- Free software downloads - all Oracle infrastructure software (Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Enterprise Manager) is available for free use according to the terms of the OTN Developer License
- Technical articles and howto's authored by customers and Oracle product managers
- Discussion Forums
- Podcasts
- Blogs
- Video (iSeminars, demos, etc.)
- Sample code
OTN also has an "offline" component consisting of free hands-on workshops (conducted globally) focusing on Java/SOA and .NET development, Oracle-on-Linux "installfests", and user group outreach engagements.
Most members of Oracle's evangelist communities (Oracle ACEs) are highly active OTN members who have made large knowledge transfers in the form of technical articles and/or discussion forum posts.
