The diocese is not going to protest the use of a deanery/parish map in its encyclopedia article. Not even chanceries are that stupid. It is a small portion of a larger work (the website), is not going to cause any fuss because it's blasphemous or otherwise religiously objectionable, and nobody's making any money off it. The diocese of Orange is simply not going to waste its parishioners' money to even write a lawyer's email on this even if they were filled with the most aggressive copyright lawyers on the planet.
