This is an Opuntia it is known as a "beavertail cactus" so how come it should be apparent that this is a pricly pear ?? It is an Opuntia !! GerardM 20:43, 31 Dec 2003 (UTC)

[edit] Misplaced on article page

In the first paragraph of this article, it would appear that the dimensions of this cactus as indicated in "cm" should actually be in inches. Please correct this apparent error. Thankyou. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.102.33.102 (talk • contribs)
