While I don't doubt that Welch-Allyn makes good products, I think phrases like "'reinvented' the ophthalmoscope" are a bit too promotional for an encyclopedia. The second paragraph reads like something out of a catologue. Apparently Charles Babbage also invented the ophthalmoscope?
