This article is under the Design Science License. Wikipedia is under GNU FDL. Are this two licenses compatible?

Whether this article is compatible or not is immaterial - it isn't an encyclopedia article, in its current state it doesn't really belong in Wikipedia at all.
And it sure as hell shouldn't live at Open Cola. It's barely *about* Open Cola... it's about Open Source in general.
Open Cola open-sourced recipe would fit here better.

The Open Cola soft-drink link doesn't work anymore, and I can't find any references to the recipie on the Open Cola page. -- April

It WAS OpenCola.com. But they no longer do it: "Opencola is no longer promoting the recipe as the company has changed its strategic direction and is now focusing its core business on developing a proprietary distributed content search application." Open source isn't even a FAQ for open cola any more. Shareholder value doesn't extend to where a company comes from, it only relates to the dividend at the end of the year. The Internet fad, they'll never learn :-). -- Bruno
