Really? I'm a pro bono developer with OJS (and a Wikipedia contributor), and I don't know any other OSS project that so clearly lists its competitors. If there's something that you think is NPOV-worthy, I'm certain that we would gladly edit it. Our aim is to comprehensively represent the OJS software, not advertise.

I suggest the replacement of Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia (IBICT) for Brazilian Institute for Information in Science and Technology (IBICT), since the article is in English and the later is considerably more meaningful for the non Portuguese speaking readers.
