Operation Tyr

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Operation Tyr is a fictional proposed plan of Nazi Germany during World War II (WWII) to invade and take over Liechtenstein. The plan was ordered to be drawn up by Hitler on the advice of his astrologer.

It originally appeared online in 1999 at "Operation Tyr: The Invasion of Liechtenstein", but has since found its way into histories of WWII written since 1999. No mention of Operation Tyr exists in the records of the German Army.
