Operation Granite Shadow

Operation Granite Shadow is a top secret and compartmented US military operation related to the military's extra-legal powers regarding weapons of mass destruction.^{[citation needed]} It allows for emergency military operations in the United States without civilian supervision or control. [1] It is believed to be the unclassified name of the classified plan CONPLAN 0400.^{[citation needed]}
