Open Surgery is the third full-length album by Israeli punk rock band Man Alive, released September 13, 2005 via The Militia Group.
Produced by Ed Rose, who also worked with The Get Up Kids, Motion City Soundtrack and other punk bands, Open Surgery served as the band's breakthrough album and gained international success in the United States, Japan, and Israel, the band's home country.
The band's drummer, Joel Hilsden, was absent from the recording of this album. Matt Smith recorded drums in his stead.
