From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Open Record Book, started in 2006 as the first truly open-content and free record maintainer and source reference. While Wikipedia maintains records submitted freely, there is no organized effort to determine the veracity of submitted records as with other official record sites.

[edit] Evolution

In addition to the normal list of feats and natural records, Open Record Book also includes the unique feature of local school athletic records, something that has never been attempted in the past. While adoption has been increasing rapidly as more people become aware of this resource.
