Open House is a 1987 slasher film written by David Mickey Evans, produced by Sandy Cobe, directed by Jag Mundhra and stars Joseph Bottoms and Adrienne Barbeau.

Dr. David Kelley, a radio psychologist, keeps receiving weird phone calls from a giggly, dog-food-eating serial killer who's been murdering various female real estate agents in Beverly Hills. And Dr. Kelley fears that his girlfriend Lisa Grant, who is also a real estate agent, may be the killer's next victim.
