OpenAir is a web native provider of Professional Services Automation and Project Portfolio Management software in the Software as a Service (SaaS) model.[1] The OpenAir suite includes project management, resource management, time and expense tracking, and invoicing.[2] OpenAir was founded in 1999 as timebills.com and is located in Boston, Massachusetts.[3]

On June 2, 2008 NetSuite, Inc. (NYSE: N) signed a definitive agreement to acquire OpenAir, Inc. NetSuite has agreed to pay approximately $26 million in cash, net of cash on the balance sheet of OpenAir.[4]
