This article is dated May 12, 1991 in the commentary section of the Moscow News. Same one uploaded onto the Russian Wikipedia and rationale can be found by original uploader Rovoam here [1].

The purpose of this image is to illustrate the topics and object in question (i.e. visual identification of media reaction, presence of the Soviet armed forces), is at a much lower resolution of the original copy and its inclusion significantly gives the reader a greater understanding of the events considering the operation.
