A screenshot of plan, an application using the Motif widget toolkit. Note in particular the typical diamond-shaped radio buttons and the "chiseled" look of the buttons and input areas.
The window title bars and their widgets are drawn by the mwm X window manager, which is part of Open Motif.
The application shown is Plan by Thomas Driemeyer, running under GNU/Linux and Open Motif V 2.2.2.
