Onzo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Savona in the Italian region Liguria, located about 80 km southwest of Genoa and about 45 km southwest of Savona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 217 and an area of 8.2 km².[1]
The municipality of Onzo contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Varavo Superiore, Varavo Inferiore, Ponterotto, Menezzo, Costa, and Capitolo.
Onzo borders the following municipalities: Aquila di Arroscia, Casanova Lerrone, Castelbianco, Nasino, Ortovero, Ranzo, and Vendone.
