I have read that you work for Classic Wholesales & American Weigh. The link you removed points to a web page that shows evidence that your company has infringed copyrights and smuggled in illegal merchandise. It is a highly valid link for the subjects of Smuggling, Counterfeit and Copyright infringement. I understand your desire to remove the links out of embarassment, but they are valid Wiki links unless you can explain otherwise (how they are not valid examples of Copyright infringement, Smuggling and Counterfeiting?

That is why I consider your removing of the links vandalism. --Stredler (talk) 17:29, 8 January 2008 (UTC)

The links are to your own website, which you spammed on 4 separate unrelated pages. It's obvious wiki spamming. You however chose to ignore my edit reason which was clearly listed, and come here to play dumb. You are MrTobacco trying to bring the whole Classic/American Weigh issue up again. Also your power cord issue is bogus. Plugs without holes in the blades are acceptable in the US as per NEMA guidelines (they are stricly for ease of manufacturing). And besides, I checked the minipro adapter, the one you put in that photo isn't the same - ours has holes in the blades and is properly and legally marked with the UL mark. I still am trying to go to Full Sail btw, my parents say they can help me start hopefully this summer - so im not lying to you. Its funny seeing your post above, and reading your post you made below a long time ago. You're not a very good shill, are you? Onyx86 (talk) 17:57, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
Thank you for verifying and validating my concerns. Please post your proposed changes to the talk pages of the articles and ask other Wiki users their opinion. If they agree with you they will remove the links in most instances. --Stredler (talk) 19:27, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
So what did I validate and verify for you now? And what do you consider to be the difference between the two. Also, I don't need to bother with the issue anymore, it seems other have already started to notice your spam, and are removing it themselves. Ill just let it work itself out. I'm not getting stressed out about this and striving to stop you like I did last time. Onyx86 (talk) 19:41, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
How many lawsuits are pending against your company for the illegal merchandise you imported and sold? I am really shocked that you guys are so brazen as to import fake Michael Jordan, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Full Metal Jacket, The Beatles, Elvis Presley and other cigarette cases, rolling cases and other fake items. I would love to see your legal bills, but keep in mind it is actually a criminal offense so maybe one day soon there will be a knock at your door... --Stredler (talk) 00:15, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
First of all, I design only for American Weigh, not #1 Wholesale/Classic Wholesale. Classic is just the main distributor of our scales. Lee is my client, not Gary. Why do you feel such a need to say I work for the other company ,Mrtobacco/Steve/whatever your name is? What does it matter to you? I guess working for American Weigh doesn't sound devious enough for the shill you are working here, so you toss in Gary's #1 Wholesale company which sells to adult novelty shops(oh no!). What about your employer HBI? They make blunt wraps, and other paraphernalia. Also your division JScale ripped off our Matchbox scale and our CD-Scale, even calling them the same thing. At least when I made the mistake of using the word "convertible" on the box design for the CV scale, it was a genuine mistake. You guys think its like war now, and are ripping off everything we come out with. These were ideas Lee came up with and I designed the images for, and you guys went and ripped it off exactly. The whole XP scale debacle is stupid too, because that is a generic trading company scale from the very beginning sold by many before Jennings, and HBI knows it thats why the case is frivilous. I don't get told much about the legal stuff cause I don't need to know, but I heard that you guys got egg on your face from the silly lawsuits you have brought forward. Lee takes it as a sign of success that MyWeigh wants to copy us so badly, and also has to resort to petty lawsuits to try and compete with AWS. Onyx86 (talk) 18:30, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
I appreciate the compliments but you know you're wrong, trying to remove the links to http://digitalscale.com/Fraud.html that reports on your allegedly illegal actions, bootleg items, counterfeit merchandise and numerous trademark and copyright violations (along with other violations of US laws) is something I commend you for trying to do. If I was you I would work VEHEMENTLY to try and cover that information up. I don't work for your competitors per-se, but my reporting is definitely contrary to your company in that we here exposed what appears to be extremely malice and illegal actions by a company that you may work for or are associated with (or may be the owner of). I assumed you made the Classic Wholesales Flyer that offers all of those illegal bootleg items that Classic Wholesales allegedly smuggled in to the United States. They are in Atlanta Georgia and you are in Atlanta Georgia. You said you work for them and know Gary personally therefore it would seem that you do work for Classic Wholesales. Are you saying you are not the person who designed and made the flyer with the allegedly illegal bootleg merchandise on it? Did you made that second postcard that was mailed throughout the United States offering additional allegedly illegal, bootleg items? In your posts you say you did more then just design a few scales, are you saying you only designed the matchbox styled scale and the scale in the CD case but nothing else? What exactly do you do for American Weigh and Classic Wholesales? Why is your old IP address the same as the one that other Classic Wholesales related posts were put up via? It's very confusing. If you get arrested please don't blame us, yes we did report on you at http://digitalscale.com/Fraud.html but it was YOU that did the allegedly illegal actions that were exposed. Don't blame the reporter - blame the news!! --Stredler (talk) 22:49, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
Sorry - forgot - could you give me a copy of the lawsuits ? --Stredler (talk) 23:06, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
The #1 Wholesale Flyers are made by one of the Sahni enterprise reps. Thats why you see a difference in style between my scale catalogs and those cheesey flyers. I live and work in Charleston, SC. not Atlanta. I went to the College of Charleston which is how I started making graphics for American Weigh, - from a posting in the job services area at the school. I am not the owner, though I am flattered you treat me as such. Lee just laughs at your bs you put up on digitalscales.com. Also how could you know my IP? Actually there was one time that I forgot to login and I replied to your MrTobacco sockpuppet by accident, which revealed my IP. But if you were to trace it, it would prove my case that I am in Charleston. (or at least SC) See if you cand find the diff here on wiki where I made the mistake, and post it. Otherwise you will probably just post some random ATL IP and say its mine, without providing any proof. Who are you really talking to here anyway? Obviously not me, because I see through everything you have posted, and you don't even address the points I make in my posts. As for providing you with legal documents, I don't have access to them, but your employer HBI should have them. Also about removing your links, I dunno since you undid my revisions, you'll have to take that out with the other users who finally removed them. Maybe they can explain their actions. Onyx86 (talk) 14:53, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
Read below and you'll see how I got the info that your IP is in Atlanta, and you were in Atlanta not SC. You've also admitted that you are in Atlanta before from what I seem to read in your previous posts and replies to me. Could be you were just there a few times visiting, but when you post from Atlanta multiple times it seems suspicious. Sorry for jumping in but you brought me into this again and I couldn't resist. --Put that in your pipe and smoke it (talk) 15:43, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
I don't think I should give her name out without her permission. Anyways, here I have posted without signing in again to show you im in Charleston. You have also given plenty of evidence that you are using sockpuppets here on wiki, which is against the terms. Doesn't seem like the work of an honest reporter as you claim to be. Seems more like the work of an industry shill, as I have pinned you to be all along. 68.59.0.164 (talk) 15:50, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
I apologize for the accusation but from what I read in your previous posts you admitted you are in Atlanta and others here have cited that your IP traces to Atlanta and the info that I searched on you when we had our little argument last year said the same (the posts you did on other forums etc..). I am sure you were just in Atlanta visiting a friend or family and happened to post from there. There are probably thousands of people in Charleston with family or close friends in Atlanta. --Put that in your pipe and smoke it (talk) 16:16, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

Hello Again Lee,

I already blocked you several times from trying to put up fake posts on our chatroom. Now you have resorted to putting up fake posts on Wiki? I've got a better idea for you - instead of spending all this time trying to discredit my work why don't you stop pulling shams and posting false information and spend your time actually making good scales. Perhaps you could make some designs of your own and maybe even invest in a factory. Take a NIST 44 Class and learn how to build a weighbridge, learn how to bond sensors to a load cell properly and see if you can actually MAKE a scale rather then just badmouthing everyone else's products.

Please stop this game and your shams Lee.

--Stredler 16:02, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

Who exactly are you, and what work of yours am I discrediting? Are you the purveyor of the fake review site digitalscale.com? If so then I am the person you blocked once like a year ago when I suggested another brand of scale that you apparently didn't like, but I am not the poster of your recent "fraud post" which you attributed to Classic/American Weigh. I doubt it came from Classic either, no one in the industry has respect for digitalscale.com. They see through to what it really is. I am not Lee though. His take on digitalscale.com is that it is a total waste of time even trying to stop you from spreading false information. It just makes me mad that companies would create a site like you host at digitalscale.com to mislead customers. Why not just make great products? I actually DO design scales, and you will see 2 of the designs I made, come August. I take pride in my work, and I do know quite a lot about metrology.

We all start somewhere in this industry, its just a shame that MyWeigh has to cheat to get to where it wants to be. Onyx86 18:50, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Re:Mrtobacco

Hello, thanks for your message here. Mets501 (talk · contribs) took off your comments (diff), so when I blanked it (diff) the page only contained an attack on Mrtobacco (talk · contribs). As it was solely an attack page, which was not trying to raise a discussion and not on a talk page, I blanked it. I have no objection if you want to restore it to the version with your comments on, as it gives some context and is a discussion. --h2g2bob (talk) 06:07, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you delete or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia, as you did to Rolling papers, you will be blocked from editing. Mrtobacco 16:32, 14 June 2007 (UTC) (last warning for removing content)

This user warning does not apply because this is a simple content dispute (diff). --h2g2bob (talk) 00:01, 16 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your dispute with Mrtobacco

I have removed both of your requests, as both of you are not obvious vandals. Feel free to discuss it at WP:ANI, in the correct section at the bottom. bibliomaniac15 Join or die! 17:31, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent contribution removed content from Clear rolling papers. Please be more careful when editing pages and do not remove content from Wikipedia without a good reason, which should be specified in the edit summary. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Mrtobacco 14:25, 24 July 2007 (UTC) (unintentional removal of content) Please discuss changes you feel are "ads" on the talk page of an article before blanking it. That is how things are best handled on Wiki. You've stated before that you are not in the tobacco industry and have little knowledge of these tobacco products, that you do work for American Weigh and Lee Van Tine. Therefore I really can't see how or why you'd be blanking a section dealing with unbleached rolling papers that is properly posted. Please put up a post on the talk page of the article with your concern before blanking it again. Also please don't get upset and retaliate against me please - this is not meant to upset you but rather to protect an article that I don't agree with your blanking. --Mrtobacco 14:25, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

Sorry, I guess I should have discussed it first. But you and I know, that that statement is a bit advertising slanted. The removal was not unintentional either. I explained my edit clearly. By the way, I got great news the other day that my loans have been approved, and i'm going back to school for computer animation. I will be cutting my freelance ties with the scale companies I often do work for. However, I will still check in from time to time, and see if HBI is keeping itself honest. It still fascinates me that people like you are paid to stealth market products online. I guess its made me wiser as a consumer, and as a person that wants to run my own business someday. Onyx86 15:08, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

Paid to stealth market? You're really way off base here. I already told you that unlike you I do not work for any of these companies. Also your post above about cutting yor ties with American Weigh is probably false, I assume you're saying that so that you can pretend not to be biased. I don't think it was advertising slanted other then the fact that it mentioned a product name. I like that product, and I think it should be mentioned based on what I have read and seen and experienced. --Mrtobacco 17:19, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

No, im not lying about going back to school. Right now, I make websites, flyers, ads, box designs, and the occasional scale design. Most of it boring stuff (cept the product design), and in my opinion, its just not honest. I hate having to sell something. I've always wanted to be a cgi artist, and work in effects for film, and finally I have the funding to follow that dream. The reason I mentioned it, was namely because im excited cause I waited a few years for this and have been telling everybody, but secondly I want you to see that I'm a real person and not another shill. I'll be glad that im changing industries, and won't have to get upset when I read the crap you write on digitalscale.com about products I personally worked hard on. I know that its not me you mean to upset, its the owners of the companies I work for, but as Ive said before, they could care less about your words. Onyx86 19:04, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

You've really confused the heck out of me - I am really not sure what you are talking about anymore but that's OK as long as you will stop blanking as you said you would. --Mrtobacco 14:00, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
