The Ontario Heritage Trust is a Canadian non-profit agency of the Ontario Ministry of Culture responsible for protecting, preserving and promoting Ontario's built, natural and cultural heritage. It was created in 1968 as the Ontario Heritage Foundation by the Progressive Conservative government of John Robarts. The name was changed in 2005 by an amendment to the Ontario Heritage Act. The trust's current chairman is former Lieutenant Governor, the Honorable Lincoln Alexander.

The trust's most recognizable program is the Provincial Plaque Program, erecting the iconic blue and gold historic plaques across Ontario at places of historic interest. It also owns a number of historic buildings.
