[edit] Album

Jay Dee is dead...

Can anyone verify whether the album is set to include a Dilla track or whether the claim is totally inaccurate? Because he is dead.
Someone should make it clear that it's not Justice the french electro group that's producing a track here, it's the GZA's son, Justice (aka Young Justice, tho i guess he's not young anymore)
DAMNIT, IS THIS ALBUM EVER COMING OUT?!--Tainted Drifter 03:08, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
Ghostface's last album had J-Dilla beats. He made a ton of unused beats so it's not any surprise to see his beats being used posthumously. 130.49.147.23 22:20, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Track Listing

I've been taking care of it. JpGrB 20:57, 11 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Tentative Track Listing

I've been seeing a lot of songs added to this page, and I was wondering if someone could confirm any of them? If not one can, should we delete this list until somoeone can provide a source? I mean, I see in the article that certain tracks are confirmed by certain magazines and websites, but I barely see any actual sources. It's just a thought. JpGrB 18:17, 20 October 2007 (UTC)

Agree that it should be deleted. Also, people shouldn't write "prod by". Abbreviations like this don't really belong in an encyclopedia. Nylex (talk) 15:22, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
Well, if no one else has any thoughts, I can start working on it in a little while. --JpGrB 20:00, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
I have removed the "Tentative tracklisting" section as it was completely unsourced and, for all we know, made up. --¤ The-G-Unit-฿oss ¤ 20:23, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
Wow I can't believe that nonsense lasted on the page for that long. Looking at the history, there seems to be a disruptive sock. Spellcast (talk) 01:19, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Merge "Guests" With "Production"?

In the "Guests" section it makes it sound like Dre is going to be collaborating with RZA on vocals. (At least that's how it sounds to me, even though I know otherwise.) So, I suggest something possibly like this:

Production and recording

It was announced on the Wu-Tang Corp. website that Raekwon's management has stated that the album is almost complete, and that production is credited to Dr. Dre and RZA equally. [1] RZA explained the collaboration between himself and Dr. Dre like "ying and yang" when it comes to their styles.[2] "The album is gonna attract all the gangstas, nigga; all the thugs and everybody is going to be listening to this shit," says RZA of the album. Raekwon stated on the recent Rock The Bells Tour that Cuban Linx 2 will be released in Summer 2007.[citation needed]One Theory is that the release date will be the exact 12-year anniversary, which would be August 1, but it didn't happen as it wasn't released then. Some tracks are the result of several Los Angeles studio sessions originally aimed at creating a new Clan album. The album will largely be produced by Dr. Dre and The RZA. [1]

Does anyone agree? --JpGrB 22:45, 4 December 2007 (UTC)

Go, go, go. Spellcast (talk) 22:55, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
