Talk:Online service provider law

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Is this intended to be an encyclopedia article, or a guideline for editors? It's currently in the article namespace--suggesting the former--but the tone of the article is rather unencyclopedic in places. The article reads more like legal advice than an impartial description of the subject. If it is intended as a guideline, it belongs in the Wikipedia namespace. Otherwise, it should be cleaned up. --EngineerScotty 04:48, 14 December 2005 (UTC)

It's intended to be an article that summarises the highlights of the law and legal decisions specifically related to online service providers. It's not intended as a guideline for editors, though it may do that as a side effect. Jamesday 08:53, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
