[edit] Delete?

Obviously not. What if someone sees a name with an honourific tagged on, such as ONL or FRS? Wikipedia needs to disambig or redirect to the relevant meaning. Granted, this is better handled by the Wiktionary, but right now the integration is wanting. I mean, if ONL is deleted, all of the other disambig pages will also be deleted shortly, no?
