Not completely true. In general when women heal a normal "simple" healing, they can only heal everything that's in their limit of healing, they can't for example completely heal an arm that's cut of. Only when they have more experience and maybe strength and use different weaves can they target specific things. Men, at least some men, can also target specific things to heal.
