Oneli Garcia Pérez (born May 26, 1983, Bonao, Dominican Republic) is a relief pitcher in the Cleveland Indians organization of Major League Baseball.

Pérez was signed as an undrafted free agent infielder by the San Diego Padres on February 15, 2001, but converted to pitching two years later.

He was released by the Padres on February 9, 2004. The Chicago White Sox then signed him on May 28, 2004. He was the closer for the Birmingham Barons, the White Sox double-A affiliate, until being claimed off waivers by the Cleveland Indians on May 20, 2008.

Pérez throws a low-90's fastball with good location and a strikeout slider. He has been a very good strikeout pitcher, with more than one per inning pitched throughout his minor league career. Like former major-leaguer Antonio Alfonseca, Pérez is polydactylic—he has six fingers on each hand.
