One Way Street is a 1950 film directed by Hugo Fregonese. The black-and-white crime film, considered to be film noir, takes place in Mexico.

Dr. Frank Matson, a physician who has, after helping one of Wheeler's henchmen who was shot, steals $200,000 from a mob boss Wheeler. Forced to go on the run, Matson also takes Wheeler's girlfriend with him.
After living an impoverished life underground in Mexico Matson decides to go back to Los Angeles and return both the money and Laura to the gangster.
