One Park West is a 17-storey building designed by Cesar Pelli in central Liverpool, England.^[1] Bordering Chavasse park, it will form part of Liverpool One, a 42 acre £920m redevelopment of Liverpool's city centre, currently under construction by The Paradise Project. Upon completion One Park West will consist of 326 apartments, offices, restaurants, cafes and parking.
