One Nation (USA)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

One Nation is an American not-for-profit, philanthropic organization that aims to bridge cultural divisions in the United States by providing a forum for voices and viewpoints of the American Muslim community.

One Nation sponsors projects that highlight the positive contributions of American Muslims and seek to increase understanding among all Americans. The organization funds a project to promote American Muslim voices in the news media and to manage the website One Nation for All, which features American experts on Islam and Muslims. One Nation has also supported film projects that highlight the diversity and experiences of the American Muslim community.[1]

One Nation is a secular initiative that is supported by individuals and foundations, including the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. It is led by a board of advisors ([2]), including Muslims and non-Muslims from nonprofit organizations, think tanks, corporations and academic institutions.
