"One More Night" is the first single from Phil Collins' third album, No Jacket Required. The song is very similar to the song "This Must Be Love" (second track from Face Value), but many Phil Collins fans still consider the song much more romantic.[citation needed] "One More Night" was Phil Collins' second U.S. number-one single, following "Against All Odds", and was his fourth single to reach the top ten in the UK, peaking at number four on the singles chart. The video features Collins playing the piano in a downtown bar. One visual anomaly of the video is that Collins is visibly playing his venerable 1970s-vintage Yamaha CP70 electric grand piano, yet the instrument used in the song itself is clearly a digital electronic piano.[citation needed]

During his live shows, "One More Night" is a regular in the line-up of songs that he will perform and is still a very popular and well-known love song.[citation needed]

The song has also been an occasional cover song for ex-Veruca Salt frontwoman, Nina Gordon during live appearances.[citation needed]
