One Devonshire Gardens
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
One Devonshire Gardens is a luxury hotel located in the West End of Glasgow, in Scotland. It is well known for its wealthy guests, including Neil Diamond, George Clooney, Kylie Minogue, Britney Spears[1], and Robbie Williams [2].
Amaryllis, the hotel's restaurant, is one of Scotland's most highly regarded - for six years its head chef was Andrew Fairlie (who left to open his own Michelin star winning restaurant at the Gleneagles Hotel), who was replaced by fellow Michelin-rated chef Gordon Ramsay. The current chef de cuisine is David John Clark[3].
David Clark left the Hotel for medical reasons shortly after its takeover by the MBW group, Hotel Du Vin.
The new head chef Paul Tamburrini is a Michelin star chaser and hotly tipped as the best chef in Scotland, backed by numerous recent reviews. His dedicated team confirm the passion with which he strives to achieve the ultimate culinary accolade.
