1 Bloor East is a mixed-use skyscraper proposed in Toronto, Canada by Bazis International Inc. Construction for the building is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2008. [1]

1 Bloor East will be located at the intersection of Bloor Street and Yonge Street in Toronto. The tower will be located in Yorkville, Toronto, an affluent and busy neighbourhood in downtown Toronto. Some famous cultural locations in Toronto will be located close to 1 Bloor's location, such as the Art Gallery of Ontario, the Toronto Reference Library and the Royal Ontario Museum. Several upscale stores are based on Bloor Street near the location of 1 Bloor East, such as Tiffany's, Royal de Versailles, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Holt Renfrew and the Roots Canada Ltd flagship store.

Bloor Street also features a wealth of restaurants, such as the Courtyard Cafe and the Boba.

The 81-story 1 Bloor East will be approximately 275 m (902,2 ft) tall. The proposal calls for a semi-transparent metal and glass oval tower, using advanced "green" environmentally efficient technology. The building will include 132 hotel rooms and 592 condominiums. [2]
