One Beer is a 7-inch single by rapper MF DOOM and producer Madlib under the duo Madvillain, released in 2004 on Stones Throw Records. This limited edition single was being given away with the Madvillainy album if the album was bought at the websites of "Sand Box Automatic", "Hip Hop Site recordings", and "Turntable labs" as the 8th of Stones Throw Records' Fan Club 45s.
For this song, MF DOOM rhymed over the beat of Jaylib's "No Games" track from Champion Sound. It wasn't listed as a Madvillain track on DOOM's second album MM..Food.
The song samples the song "Huit Octobre 1971" by the French band Cortex.
