OneCMS is an open source content management system (CMS) written in PHP, using a MySQL database. It can be used by websites to manage their website, allowing the user to upload files, add content and various other features. OneCMS, because of the way it was made, is most commonly used by gaming websites.
OneCMS v2.0-current has been released under the GNU General Public License.

OneCMS was started in 2004 by Charlie Page from Insane Visions. v1.0 of OneCMS was released June 3rd, 2004 for the price of $30.
The next release, switching to the GNU General Public License, v2.0 of OneCMS released April 11th, 2005 with a practically re-done system.
Further releases of OneCMS followed, v2.0 and 2.1 separated by only a month. 4 months later with the release of OneCMS v2.2, v2.2 Final and v2.3 released in a short span of 4 months itself. After 2005 there was only one major version released in 2006, v2.4 on May 8th and then an update to that version, June 6th.
Nearly 2 years later, on January 15th, 2008, OneCMS v2.5 was released to the public.
